Are you a "Hotel" or an "Apartment" Community?
WaterWalk is a blended community of both Hotel Suites and Apartment Style Suites. Our hotel style suites are fully furnished and require no application or signed agreement, just a reservation and a credit card on file. Our apartment style suites are unfurnished and do require an approved application and signed agreement.
Regardless of your length of stay we have an option for you.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation options for our guests. In the event you have not taken possession of your suite within 5 days of your agreement start date, your agreement may be terminated and any money paid to date will be forfeited to WaterWalk. If you have taken possession of your suite and must terminate your agreement early an early termination fee may apply. Please see your terms and conditions agreement for details.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
WaterWalk Huntsville welcomes your canine companions with open arms. We allow up to two dogs per suite, with a weight limit of 75 pounds for one pet or 50 pounds each if you're bringing two furry friends. There are no breed restrictions except those mandated by local ordinances in Huntsville, and our front desk staff can provide you with a complete list of any local restrictions that may apply.
- One time Non-refundable pet fee of $300 per stay
- Monthly pet rent of $50 for one dog or $75 for two dogs
- All pet policies and local breed restrictions available at check-in
Please note that we accommodate dogs only at this time. Our pet-friendly suites provide the same premium amenities as all our accommodations, including wood plank flooring that's easy to clean and maintain during your stay.
Suite Amenities and Features
Every suite at WaterWalk Huntsville comes fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a kitchen island with convenient outlets for your appliances, and all utilities included in your rate. We've designed our suites with both comfort and functionality in mind, featuring black-out curtains and window blinds for restful sleep, wood plank flooring throughout, and select suites with private balconies. Accessible suites are also available to ensure all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. Whether you're with us for a few months or years, you'll have everything you need to feel at home in Huntsville.
